This Subscription Policy explains how the Kerablend subscription program works, including billing, renewals, cancellations, returns and your rights as a subscriber. By purchasing a Kerablend product on subscription, you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you are signing up to receive Kerablend on a recurring basis (for example, every 30 / 60 / 90 days – depending on the plan you select).
Your first order is processed and shipped immediately.
Future orders are created automatically on your chosen schedule (“renewals”).
Each renewal is charged to the same payment method you used at checkout, unless you update it in your account.
You can manage your subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” link in our emails or by contacting our support team at help@getkerablend.com.
You will be billed for your first subscription order at the time of purchase.
Subsequent subscription orders will be billed automatically on your selected frequency (e.g. every 30 days) until you pause or cancel.
The exact next charge date is always shown in your subscription portal and in our emails.
To avoid surprise charges, we send you an email approximately 4 days before each renewal. This reminder includes:
The date of your next charge
The amount that will be charged
A direct link to manage, pause or cancel your subscription
If you’re happy to continue, you don’t need to do anything.
As a subscriber, you receive discounted subscriber pricing compared to one-time purchases.
Your subscription price is shown at checkout and on each order confirmation.
If we ever change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance by email. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You’re always in control of your subscription. At any time, you can:
Skip an upcoming order
Change your next charge / delivery date
Adjust how often you receive Kerablend
Update your shipping address or payment method
Pause your subscription
Cancel your subscription

You may cancel at any time:
To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel before your next scheduled charge date shown in your account and reminder emails.
If you cancel after a renewal has already been processed, see the “Forgot about your subscription” and “Returns & refunds for subscription orders” sections below.
We recommend using the “Manage Subscription” portal where possible, but if you’re unsure how to use it, you can always just reply to any email from us and ask our team to cancel for you.
We understand that people sometimes forget they are on a subscription.
If your subscription renews and you realise you didn’t intend for it to continue:
Please contact us as soon as possible by replying to the renewal email or emailing help@getkerablend.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will usually be able to cancel and refund the renewal in full.
If your order has already shipped, you are still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and free returns (see below).

In most cases we recommend trying a replacement shade before proceeding to a full refund, as this resolves the issue for most customers.
For eligible returns within our policy:
We provide a free return shipping label so you’re not out of pocket.
Once the returned item has been received and processed, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method used for that order.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the policy (e.g. repeated full-use refunds).
If the carrier loses your subscription order in transit, you are covered:
If tracking confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a free replacement to the same address, or work with you on an alternative solution.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we may ask you to check with neighbours, building management or your local post office before issuing a replacement.
If a renewal payment fails (e.g. expired card):
Our system may automatically attempt the charge again up to 2 times over a 3-7 days period
You may receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until valid payment details are uodated
Kerablend may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how the subscription program works, we will notify active subscribers by email and/or update the policy on our website. Your continued participation in the subscription after those changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
