Kerablend Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kerablend. We’re committed to providing a smooth experience and timely delivery. Please review the policy below to understand how shipping and delivery work.


Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll do our best to notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery time estimates depend on your shipping method and destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather or peak season volume.

Note: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan. This is normal and does not mean your package is not moving.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking links usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

You can also track your order any time via our “Track Your Order” page.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout:

  • Kerablend is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

  • If you realise there is an error, please contact us immediately at help@getkerablend.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once a parcel has been dispatched.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either:

    • Reship to an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Process a refund in line with our Refund Policy.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes and other fees may be applied by your local customs office.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us at help@getkerablend.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging (inside and outside)

We’ll work with you to replace the item or arrange a solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost in transit – Lost Package Protection

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost in transit:

  • You are covered by our Lost Package Protection.

  • Contact us at help@getkerablend.com with your order number, and once loss is confirmed with the carrier, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Package Marked “Delivered” But Not Received (POD Cases)

If tracking shows Delivered, but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, back/side doors, and secure delivery spots

  2. Check with household members

  3. Check with neighbours or building reception

  4. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early

If it still cannot be found:

  • Contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

  • The carrier may request a signed non-receipt declaration from you.

Important:
If the carrier provides Proof of Delivery (GPS scan, photo, or signature), a refund cannot be issued at this stage.
However, under our Parcel Protection Policy, we can provide a one-time replacement to an address of your choice.

Refunds for delivered orders can only be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once a replacement item has been successfully returned or verified.


Missing Items in Your Order

If you believe an item is missing from your package:

  • Please email us at help@getkerablend.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and a description (or photo) of what you received.

We’ll investigate and either send the missing item or otherwise make it right as quickly as possible.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes, subject to carrier availability and service in your area.
