At Kerablend, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind our products. While we’re confident you’ll love them, we’ve created a fair return policy that protects both you and our brand.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery of receiving for a refund.
Return Shipping: Request a Free label from us
Refund Timing: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging, with at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify.
We offer one free shade exchange per order to help you find your perfect match.

The product itself is completely free — we just ask that shipping is covered. Our goal is to make sure you end up with the shade that looks most natural for you.
Products marked CLEARANCE or Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or if you qualify for a shade exchange under our Shade Guarantee.
You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow our standard return policy.
