Kerablend Return & Refund Policy

At Kerablend, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind our products. While we’re confident you’ll love them, we’ve created a fair return policy that protects both you and our brand.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery of receiving for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: Request a Free label from us 

  • Refund Timing: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging, with at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify.

  • Shade Match Guarantee

    We offer one free shade exchange per order to help you find your perfect match.

    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number

    • Once approved, we’ll send a replacement shade at no cost

    • You’ll only need to cover the shipping fee for the exchange

    The product itself is completely free — we just ask that shipping is covered. Our goal is to make sure you end up with the shade that looks most natural for you.


Clearance & Promotional Items

Products marked CLEARANCE or Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or if you qualify for a shade exchange under our Shade Guarantee.


Cancellations

You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow our standard return policy.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue (wrong shade, damaged, unsatisfied, etc.)

  • Required photo(s) as described above
